The crafting behind the spirit

Preserving the true aroma of tea

Our spirits are built from the aroma of the original plant itself. Through a proprietary distillation process, the natural aromatic compounds in tea leaves are preserved within the spirit.

The result carries the structure, fragrance and aftertaste of the tea itself — not just a “tea-flavoured” liquor.

The core philosophy

Reduce impurities. Preserve aroma.

Reduce unwanted compounds such as methanol and harsh congeners
Preserve delicate volatile tea aromatics
Enhance texture and smoothness
Maintain clarity and length on the palate

Cleaner, softer, more aromatic, more expressive.

Our distinctive process

Four stages, one aim

Multiple refinement stages

Repeated refinement reduces impurities before the tea ever meets the spirit.

Proprietary distillation

A method developed specifically to carry volatile tea aromatics through distillation intact.

Secondary resting

Time in barrel and a second rest round the edges and build a soft, smoky depth.

No artificial flavouring

Nothing is added back. What you smell in the glass came out of the leaf.
